Feild Trip Form Request for (Paige, Sydney, Robyn, Brooke M, Justin and Tommy!!!)

The Children's Hospital Toy Drive group is looking to receive permission from parents of Brooke, Paige, Robyn, Sydney, Tommy and Justin to drive to the Victoria General Hospital to drop off toys to the Pediatric Ward. We will be leaving the school at 10:30 to be at the Hospital for 11:00 and we hope to be back at the school during lunch. (Depending on the length of the visit.) If you give your child permission please write a note back to Mrs.Cunningham before Thursday.
